Terms of Service
For agencies using Discount Docs. Clients who upload files are covered by the Privacy Policy and owe us nothing.
1. The service
Checklists, upload links, reminders and downloads for discount proof. We may change or improve features; we will not remove your data without notice.
2. Your account
One agency, as many users as you like. You are responsible for who you invite and for what you ask clients to send. Do not collect what you do not need.
3. Price
$49.99 per month per agency, billed monthly, cancel any time. Pilot agencies are not billed until told otherwise.
4. Email and texting
Emails are document reminders, never marketing. Texting: not offered; disclosure added before launch.
5. Data
Your clients’ data stays yours. We keep it as described on the security page and delete it when you ask. Export it as zips at any time.
6. Liability
Plain-language limit: we are not liable for a discount a carrier declines, or for losses beyond what you paid us in the last 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and any dispute is heard in the state courts of Greene County, Missouri.
